Sales are the foundation of your business. Coyote doesn't skimp on the extras. When your support or sales staff is on the phone with a customer they need accurate information, up to date customer and order statuses, easy to find items, and knowledge of your products. Coyote excels in every one of those areas and more.

Your sales staff can write orders by part numbers, search by keyword or browse your product catalog while writing their orders. You have access to listings of items with pictures, detailed descriptions--as they appear on the web, stock levels, pricing, availability, contents of kits, component availability; all these are at your sales team's fingertips. Coyote even includes a click-to-dial feature for contacting a customer or vendor about a part.

Product Alerts and Information

Coyote will remind you if a product was purchased before and when--while you are in the ordering process. Order multiple sizes and quantities at once when you are in color/size mode. You can create popup lists of accessories which can be added in bulk, items which can be auto added when another item is purchased, and auto pricing when quantity discounts are reached. You can group quantity discounts of multiple sku groups, or, single and order discounts.

Multiple Payment Types and Tracking

Coyote includes many payment types as default including checks, paypal, e-checks, credit cards, house accounts, layaway, and others. You can track each customer's information from their sales records. This information is integrated within the contacts module. Credit card numbers are stored only when your company is in full pci compliance. Credit card numbers are encrypted when stored.

Address Checks and Shipping Integration

Coyote has built-in address checks including the possibility of UPS integration to verify addresses based on zip codes. Shipping parameters and functions are integrated with the major carriers such as UPS, FedEx, etc.

Order Source Tracking

Keep track of where your customers are coming from. If they reach you from the web, our e-commerce system will tell you the site and keywords used to find you. What the user said was how they heard from you. If you use multiple phone number and toll free logging, the logs can be imported and mapped to the customers and orders to record which source your customers came from. Run source reports, see graphs of which sources are most profitable, have the most calls versus order volume and compare to marketing costs for those sources. Sources can be tied to general codes as well as to specific marketing campaigns with the Media Manager. See the sales for each campaign graphed and detail order/call levels.

Integrated Credit Card Processing

You can process credit cards, issue refunds and manage all your credit card processing on the order level. Sell gift certificates, redeem certificates, give house account credit and track a customer's credits when they reorder. Offer terms financing and monitor account balance. You can shut off customers for any reason. We can also integrate Coyote with a gateway such as authorize.net. If your credit processing company can provide details to hook into their system we can integrate.

Customer Blacklists

Customer blacklist lets you blacklist customer by email, address, and phone number to prevent fraud and avoid bad customers.

Drop Shipments

Order with mixed stock and drop shipments can be automatically separated out and the needed Purchase orders written automatically upon posting. Special handling available for reserve stock on Normally drop shipped items, special handling and shipping fees for drop shipments.

Detailed Past and Current Order History

One of Coyote's most powerful features is the way Coyote provides complete history or a customer's contact with your business; this may be orders, invoices, sales records, contact information, special instructions, notes, payment types, special pricing, and more. Order history is accessible by date, name, and other sorts. Most fields in Coyote are indexed and can be searched. You can pull up records by many varieties of information and sort criteria; this allows you to find exactly the information you need.
